Unless otherwise noted, the writing, design, and other content on the Site belong to me. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear here to identify the review page.

Submissions

If you send me feedback through a form or by email, you confirm that it’s yours to share and accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you agree to let me feature a review, you give me permission to display it, with your name, on this Site and my professional profiles (such as dotjasonhwang.com). You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing me. The Privacy Policy explains how submissions are handled.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the Site. That includes trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit spam or malicious content.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes
