This policy explains what information feedback.dotjasonhwang.com (the “Site”), run by Jason Hwang (“I”, “me”), collects and how it’s used. The short version: very little, and I don’t sell it.
What I collect
Information you send me
- Feedback form. If you’re a client and fill out the feedback form, I receive what you enter: your name, your star rating, your written answers, and whether I may feature your review publicly.
- Email. If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. The Site is hosted on Netlify, which may log standard request details (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the service. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
The Site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
How I use it
- To read and respond to your messages.
- To learn from client feedback and, only if you said yes, to feature your review (with your name) on this Site or my other professional profiles (such as dotjasonhwang.com).
- To keep the Site running and secure.
Sharing
I don’t sell or rent your information. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify on my behalf. Otherwise, I share information only if required by law.
Retention
I keep feedback submissions and emails for as long as they’re useful for my work or until you ask me to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask me to view, correct, or delete information you’ve sent me, or to stop featuring a review you previously approved. Just email me and I’ll take care of it.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top of this page.
